On the palate, elements of lemon cream, linden and melon follow along with notes of green olive and earthy mushroom. Fermented and aged in tanks with no oak contact or barrel aging to preserve the freshness and distinct varietal character of the Chardonel grape.
2016 Pearl – 91% Vidal Blanc, 9% Chardonel – $27
